Our Services:

Initial drafts are typically delivered within 2-3 business days.
Revisions are provided within 24 hours.
Enjoy unlimited revision rounds.
No restrictions on video run time, although longer videos may result in slower turnaround times.
We source licensed music and unlimited stock footage clips.
We utilize Adobe Premiere and After Effects for editing.

Services We Don't Offer:

Voiceover recordings.
Screen recordings or screenshots.
Independently sourcing assets (except music, stock footage, or motion graphics presets).
Animation services.
Extensive, complex, or custom motion graphics.
Writing copy from scratch.
Complex color grading.
Sound design.
Graphic design.

Factors That May Affect Turnaround Time:

Raw footage submissions over 50 GB (use proxies for uploads over 150 GB).
Videos with significantly long run times (complexity-dependent).
Videos requiring custom captioning.
Complex or numerous revision notes.
Un-proxied 4k, 6k, or 8k footage.
Unclear, incomplete, or open-ended instructions.
Edits requiring intricate detail (e.g., rotoscoping).
Sending additional video notes/assets to the project manager outside of the video revision tool (Frame.io).
Reopening orders with over 45 days of no editing activity.

Important Notes:

The part time plan is designed to supplement, not replace, a full-time editor.
If a stock footage clip is unavailable in our paid library, we aren't responsible for sourcing it elsewhere. You may provide clips from other sources, assuming proper licensing.
For Dropbox submissions, place all sub-folders containing footage and assets inside a single "root" folder.
We strive to meet deadlines and accommodate rush requests, but we can't guarantee turnarounds faster than 2 business days for first drafts and 24 hours for revisions. Please plan accordingly to avoid delays. We can provide asset files if you need to finalize a project after our working hours.
You can submit multiple video orders at once, creating a queue. We'll proceed with the next video/task once we complete the current one.
After 45 days of inactivity on an order, we may delete the files, media, and related assets from our servers and Frame.io. Download exports and inform us once a project is approved.
We observe local holidays and do not operate 365 days a year. Click here to see Edit Crew’s days off.
